PLAT closes on the third Monday of each month. However, it will be open if the third Monday is a national holiday, but will close on the following day (Tuesday).
It is closed for New Year's holidays from December 29 to January 1 (inclusive). Exceptionally, it may also close for building and facilities maintenance.
